October 1st -3rd 2008 in Lviv the VIII Lviv International Economic Forum ‘European Partnership - Open Opportunities’ was held. In the framework of forum discussions on infrastructure development and its financing, tourism, cultural heritage, marketing of regions, public-private partnerships and examples of cross-border cooperation.

1) ‘Infrastructure Development and Financial Instruments’. Development of infrastructure and territories accessibility as a condition for economic development breakthrough: the sample projects. Moderator: Lev Holubets, partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

–the influence of centralized tariff regulation policy on the development of regional infrastructure and cooperation with investor;

– how regions approach the implementation of long-term projects for infrastructure improvement;
